  • Life can throw curveballs, and I totally get it! If you find yourself running late but still plan to attend the session, please keep in mind that it will be taken away from your session. In case of rain, we'll collaborate to find a new date and time that suits us both. If, due to rain, we can't find a suitable alternative, I'm more than happy to refund your deposit.

However, for clouds or fog – a timeless backdrop in our area – I don't reschedule or offer refunds. I generally allow some flexibility with timing adjustments, typically within an hour of the original booking, as long as we stay in touch about it.

If you need to reschedule due to a change in your plans, you can use your deposit, as long as it’s at least 48 hours before your appointment. if it’s less than 48 hours, you will lose your original deposit and need to make a new reservation for your new desired date and time.

If you decide to cancel your appointment all together, you will lose your deposit. (reminder: your 50% deposit is to hold your session and is non-refundable).

  • If you refer a friend who books with me, I will give you a 10% discount for your next session!
